Hourly Hiring - CoreCheck™ Reports
contain abbreviated Devine Inventory results. The Applicant's score is presented on a scale of 0 to 100, indicating the degree to which behavioral development matches up with the Success Profile for the position. "Recommend for Hire", "Conditional Recommendation" or "Do Not Hire" recommendation is assigned for the candidate, allowing rapid evaluation of larger groups of candidates.

Salaried Hiring - CoreSelect Plus™ Reports contain complete Devine Inventory, percentile scoring of 12 behavioral competency areas and the Applicant's score presented on a scale of 0 to 100. For each Needs Development and Marginal behavior, Targeted Behavioral Interview questions are suggested to determine if the lower score is caused by "hard-wired" behavior, cultural influences, or transitory life circumstances. This is helpful to determine the risk associated with gaps between candidate scores and the Success Profile.

Individual Development - CoreDevelop™ Reports provide detailed Performance Improvement Plans for individuals. Verbal narratives are supplied for significant behavioral.

Management - CoreCoach™ Reports are intended for the direct supervisor of the individual in order to facilitate the coaching process for behavioral development. Narrative is supplied for each behavior to suggest the appropriate coaching technique specific to the individual's score in the behavior.

Cultural Development - CoreCulture™ Report delivers the aggregate group results in a detailed yet anonymous format suitable for group presentation and discussion.
