Our Client, CEO of a private Software Development company, was considering a reorganization of his operations, including creation of an added executive function. EC Associates was asked to perform a team study of the company's leadership.

Solution: The CEO received a Team Report; this report provided a "view" of human capital that empowered his decision making regarding reorganization. EC Associates also delivered feedback to the leadership team, presenting conclusions of the study during their annual business planning retreat.

Reorganization lead to individuals being aligned with responsibilities based on both expertise as well as talents. Leadership, as a team, learned they were underutilizing their decisiveness and were empowered to exercise more authority. Assessment was also used for selection of a new leadership team member once the executive function was defined.

Since the initial engagement, EC Associates has supported this client with on-going work in hiring, improving sales performance, employee development for executive and staff level personnel and developing management plans. Multiple job templates have been created.
